I agree that photos/video may be taken during Beach Mish activities for promoting Bribie Island Baptist Church activities or events. We do not publish names of children without permission. If you have concerns, email Tahlia at

- Swearing, abusive language, and inappropriate behaviours will not be tolerated
- Participants will respect boundaries and rules set by leaders
- I will adhere to drop-off and pickup times: 8:30 am-2 pm
I give permission for my child/children to be escorted to the beach on Wednesday. Children will walk in a supervised group and will be assisted safely across the road.
- I give permission to participate in Beach Mish holiday program
- I have disclosed all known allergies and medical conditions
- I will pack all regular medications including Asthma and Epipen if required as the church first aid kit may not be fully equipped for specific needs.
- I give permission for leaders to take necessary action in medical emergencies
